Concrete Plant Helper

Job Description:
We are looking for a dependable Plant Helper to assist with daily operations at our concrete batch plant. This role supports the plant operator with general labor, cleanup, and basic maintenance to keep the plant running safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Assist plant operator with daily tasks
• Clean and maintain plant and work areas
• Help load materials and manage inventory
• Perform basic maintenance and housekeeping
• Follow safety rules and procedures
• Support drivers and yard operations as needed

Requirements:

• Ability to perform physical work
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions
• Reliable and punctual
• Previous construction or plant experience is a plus
