Job Opportunity: Concrete Plant Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Concrete Plant Manager to join our team at Future Horizons Construction Industries, a subsidiary of Future Horizons Holding Group.

Location: Saudi Arabia
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the concrete plant to ensure efficiency and productivity
• Manage plant staff, including scheduling, supervision, and performance evaluation
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and company policies
• Monitor production processes and optimize resource utilization
• Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and project teams
• Maintain equipment and ensure timely maintenance and repairs

Requirements:

• Minimum 4–5 years of experience in managing a concrete plant or similar industrial facility
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Good knowledge of concrete production processes and quality control standards
• Familiarity with safety regulations and operational best practices
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field (preferred)

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary range: SAR 6,000 – 10,000 (to be determined after the interview)
• Additional benefits as per company policy
