Then Contract Flooring & Interiors is looking for you as their next Concrete Polishing Division Manager!

The Concrete Polishing Division Manager supervises a crew of craftsmen and semi-skilled employees in work activities associated with concrete polishing (Epoxy coatings, self leveling, staining and sealing). This position will be responsible for a crew of up to 5-15 craft workers. The crew will be a mix of journeyman, helpers, and laborers.

Position Responsibilities

• Read blueprints and specification to determine the scope of work: locations, quantities, and sizes of materials required.
• Identify all tools required for tasks.
• Mathematical ability to figure concrete calculations.
• Identify safety risks and the precautions required to eliminate those risks.
• Illustrate in-depth knowledge of all concrete processes.
• Tactically plan operations for scheduling workloads in crews efficiently utilizing assets and resources to minimize cost.
• Manage Crew in regards to processes, scheduling, costs, employee relations issues, and employment needs.

Base salary and great bonus plan.

Must have 5+ years’ experience with concrete processes and 1+ years’ experience in a supervisory role.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $58,000.00 - $78,000.00 per year
