Concrete skilled Laborer/Mason

NOW HIRING!!! EXPERIENCED SKILLED LABORERS/MASON ONLY ! MUST BE A SKILLED WITH CONCRETE EXPERIENCE! Must have experience with Concrete. WE ARE A TOBACCO FREE COMPANY! Here at CNY Sealcoating & Concrete, we work with all types of concrete installation but specialize in Stamped Concrete!! We are a NON-UNION concrete company with GREAT HOURLY pay rates!!! We are a non smoking business during work hours.

FAST PACE WORKING ENVIRONMENT!!

POSITIONS AVAILABLE IMMEDIATELY!!!

Masonry, carpenter, equipment operating skills, or construction skills and snowplowing are a plus. Also able to pull a trailer with a truck. We also do epoxy floors.

No set hours, 40hours. Optimal Overtime not mandatory.

Must have VALID DRIVERS LICENSE!! No exceptions!

Must have OSHA 10 or be willing to get in the future.

CDL or Equipment Operating Experience is a plus but is not required.

MUST BE RELIABLE AND WORK HARD

Experience:

• Laborer 2 years
• Snow plowing: 2 year

Work Location: In person

Skills:
- Proficient in concrete finishing techniques and methods
- Knowledge of construction estimating principles
- Experience using power tools for concrete preparation and finishing
- Familiarity with flooring installation using concrete materials
- Understanding of hardscape construction techniques
- Physical strength and ability to perform heavy lifting tasks
- Competence in operating heavy equipment for concrete placement
- Basic welding skills for concrete reinforcement

- Must be able to Wheel Barrel

-Must be productive and hustle to get work done.
