Concrete Worker

About the Role

We’re looking for hard-working individuals who want steady, hands-on work and the chance to learn a trade. As a member of the Boss Mudjacking crew, you’ll be out in the field lifting and leveling concrete while working alongside an experienced team. No experience needed - just a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with concrete lifting and leveling projects using mudjacking equipment
• Help with jobsite setup, material handling, pumping operations, and cleanup
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized worksites
• Work closely with crew members to complete jobs efficiently and to standard
• Load, unload, and care for tools, materials, and equipment
• Represent the company professionally when interacting with customers

What We’re Looking For

Required

• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to perform physical labor (lifting, kneeling, standing for extended periods)
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying conditions
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Preferred (Not Required)

• Experience in construction, concrete, landscaping, or general labor
• Familiarity with basic tools and equipment
• Interest in growing into a crew foreman or sales role
