Condominium Maintenance Technician

Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic team at a Condominium facility. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal operation, safety, and maintenance of all equipment and infrastructure. Your expertise will help maintain a safe, efficient, and productive environment by performing routine inspections, troubleshooting complex mechanical and electrical systems, and executing preventative maintenance tasks. This position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your technical skills in a Condominium setting while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular inspections of manufacturing equipment, HVAC systems, pool equipment, hydraulics, and electrical installations to identify potential issues before they impact operations.
  • Perform troubleshooting and repairs on mechanical systems measuring instruments, schematics, and technical manuals.
  • Execute scheduled preventative maintenance tasks on machinery, HVAC systems, hydraulic components, and other plant infrastructure to minimize downtime.
  • Support field service activities by responding promptly to emergency repairs or operational disruptions with a focus on safety and efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations related to electrical work, high voltage systems & pool equipment.
  • Assist in training new team members on maintenance procedures and safety protocols as needed.

Experience

  • Proven experience working within a manufacturing facility environment with a strong background in industrial maintenance.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of mechanical systems including hydraulics, pneumatics, , and precision measuring instruments.
  • Hands-on experience with programmable logic controllers (PLCs), industrial electrician work, low voltage wiring, high voltage systems, and schematics interpretation.
  • Familiarity with HVAC systems maintenance and troubleshooting in an industrial setting.
  • Strong analysis skills for diagnosing complex mechanical or electrical issues quickly and accurately.

Pay: $21.00 per hour
