Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate between the production department and sales team to ensure all customer orders are fulfilled on time.
• Monitor inventory levels of raw materials (sugar, chocolate, packaging) and initiate purchase orders to prevent shortages.
• Oversee the quality control process, ensuring all confectionery items meet Sweetrix’s high standards and Qatari health regulations.
• Organize delivery schedules and coordinate with logistics providers for timely distribution to retail and corporate clients.
• Maintain accurate records of batch numbers, expiry dates, and stock movements using our inventory system.
• Handle client inquiries regarding order status, custom packaging requests, and product availability.
• Assist in the planning and coordination of confectionery displays for exhibitions and corporate events.

Skills and Requirements

• FMCG Experience: 1–3 years of experience in a coordination or supervisory role within the food, beverage, or confectionery industry.
• Supply Chain Savvy: Solid understanding of inventory management, procurement, and logistics.
• Organizational Excellence: Ability to manage multiple orders and deadlines simultaneously without breaking a sweat.
• Communication: Professional fluency in English is required; Arabic is a significant advantage for coordinating with local suppliers.
• Food Safety Knowledge: Familiarity with HACCP or local Qatar Municipality food safety standards is highly preferred.
• Tech Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and experience with ERP or inventory software.
• Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field.
