E-Commerce Sales Manager- Food/Confectionery

We are looking for a results-driven Online Food (confectionary) Sales Manager to help create and grow the e-commerce portion of our business. This individual would lead and grow our digital food sales channels. This role is responsible for managing online marketplaces, driving revenue growth, optimizing product listings, coordinating promotions, and ensuring a seamless customer experience across all online platforms.

Location: Azusa, CA – Hybrid Position (In-office/Remote)

Key Responsibilities

• Create, manage and grow online food sales across e-commerce platforms, delivery apps, and company-owned channels
• Develop and execute online sales strategies to meet revenue and growth targets
• Optimize product listings (pricing, descriptions, images, offers) for maximum conversion
• Plan and manage online promotions, discounts, and seasonal campaigns
• Monitor sales performance, customer behavior, and market trends using analytics tools
• Coordinate with operations, marketing, and supply chain teams to ensure product availability and timely delivery
• Manage relationships with third-party platforms and partners
• Handle customer feedback, ratings, and reviews to improve brand reputation
• Ensure compliance with food safety, labeling, and platform policies

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
• Food/Snack Sales: 5+ years (Required): 5-7 years of experience in online/ e-commerce sales for food & beverage companies
• CPG Sales: 5+ years (Required): Must have 5+ years experience with Consumer Packaged Goods (Amazon, Tik Tok Shop, etc.)
• Strong understanding of online marketplaces and food delivery platforms
• Proven ability to analyze data and translate insights into sales strategies
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
• Familiarity with digital marketing, promotions, and performance metrics

Pay: $80,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
