We are looking for a full-time Conflicts Analyst/Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support to our firm. This person would report Monday - Friday from 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM, with the ability to work from home twice a month after a probationary period.

We are seeking a reliable team player who is highly adaptive, possesses technological proficiency and works well under pressure. Must be detailed oriented, organized and possess great communication skills (both verbal and written). This position’s primary focus is to provide daily support and serve as first backup to lead conflicts/new matters analyst. Prior law firm experience preferable but will consider training an entry level candidate.

Responsibilities typically include, but are not limited to:

Assist conflict analyst with the conflict check / new matter intake process including conflict clearance email communications; new matters creation including data entry, printing, copying, scanning, digital and paper filing of all administrative documentation as well as new matter creation emails, file distribution and monitoring engagement letter execution tracking and updating spreadsheet.

Provide assistance to office administration team with various administrative tasks, updating charts and spreadsheets, calendaring time-sensitive dates, data entry, filings, scanning, copying and other office duties as assigned.

  • be proficient with MS Office Suite (including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) and Adobe
  • have excellent grammar, writing, editing, and proofreading skills;
  • be organized, a quick learner, detail-oriented, responsive, comfortable multi-tasking and have a positive “will-do” work ethic;
  • be able to operate standard office equipment such as copier, fax machine, etc.;
  • be able to work in a team-oriented environment but work independently and without supervision;
  • have the ability to multi-task;
  • be reliable and punctual

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
