Job Description

A Consolidation Manager is responsible for leading the group financial consolidation, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant consolidated financial statements for a group of entities. The role focusing on consolidation systems, intercompany eliminations, and adherence to IFRS/GAAP.

Main responsibilities

  • Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidation.
  • Close for all group entities, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and completeness of group results.
  • Oversee intercompany reconciliations and eliminations, foreign currency translation, and consolidation adjustments at group level.
  • Prepare and review consolidated financial statements and management reports in line with IFRS/GAAP and internal policies.
  • Coordinate audit deliverables, prepare audit files, and act as key contact for group external auditors on consolidation topics.
  • Develop and maintain consolidation policies, manuals, and internal controls over the consolidation and reporting process.
  • Partner with FP&A, Tax, and finance teams to address structural or accounting issues.

  • Proven leadership or team supervision experience, with ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management to work with subsidiaries, auditors, and senior management.

Technical Skills




  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance; professional qualification (CPA, CA, ACCA) is required
  • 10+ years of progressive accounting/financial reporting experience, including several years specifically in group consolidation .
  • Strong technical knowledge of IFRS and/or local GAAP/US GAAP, including foreign currency translation and multi-entity consolidation s.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret group results, variances, and complex transactions.
High attention to detail and accuracy, especially for intercompany balances, FX, and eliminations.
Organizational, project management, and leadership abilities to drive process improvements and close cycles on time.
