ملخص الوظيفة:

يتولى محاسب المقاولات إدارة العمليات المحاسبية والمالية الخاصة بالمشاريع، بما يشمل إعداد المستخلصات، متابعة التكلفة، إدارة الدفعات والمقبوضات، وضمان الالتزام بالمعايير المحاسبية وسياسات الشركة.

المهام والمسؤوليات:

• إعداد ومراجعة المستخلصات الشهرية للمشاريع (العمل المنجز – العملاء – المقاولون الفرعيون).
• متابعة تكاليف المشاريع وتحليل الانحرافات بين التكلفة الفعلية والتكلفة المخططة.
• إدارة دفاتر الحسابات وتسجيل القيود اليومية والتسويات البنكية.
• إعداد تقارير التدفق النقدي والتقارير المالية الدورية للإدارة.
• مراجعة عقود المقاولات وتحديد البنود ذات الأثر المالي.
• متابعة حسابات الموردين والمقاولين والتأكد من صحة كشوف الحساب.
• مراقبة المخزون والمواد المصروفة على المشاريع وإجراء الجرد الدوري.
• التنسيق مع الإدارات الهندسية بشأن كميات الأعمال المنفذة.
• ضمان الالتزام بالمعايير المحاسبية والسياسات المالية للشركة.
• المشاركة في إعداد الميزانيات السنوية والتقديرات المالية للمشاريع.

المؤهلات المطلوبة:

• بكالوريوس في المحاسبة أو تخصص ذات صلة.
• خبرة عملية لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في مجال محاسبة المقاولات.
• معرفة قوية ببرامج المحاسبة وأنظمة ERP.
• مهارات عالية في Excel وإعداد التقارير.
• قدرة على العمل تحت الضغط والالتزام بالمواعيد.
• دقة عالية واهتمام بالتفاصيل.

The Construction Accountant is responsible for managing all accounting and financial activities related to construction projects, including preparing progress billing, cost tracking, managing payments and collections, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review monthly progress billing for projects (completed work – clients – subcontractors).
• Monitor and analyze project costs, including variances between actual and budgeted costs.
• Manage accounting records, journal entries, and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare cash flow statements and periodic financial reports for management.
• Review construction contracts and identify financially relevant clauses.
• Follow up on vendor and subcontractor accounts and reconcile statements.
• Monitor inventory and materials issued to projects and conduct periodic stock counts.
• Coordinate with engineering teams regarding executed quantities.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and financial policies.
• Assist in preparing annual budgets and project financial forecasts.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction accounting.
• Strong knowledge of accounting software and ERP systems.
• Excellent Excel and financial reporting skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• High accuracy and attention to detail.
