Remote | Philippines | $8 - $12/hour | CDT working hours

We are a premier design-build remodeling and custom home construction company serving the Dallas-Fort Worth area. Our team specializes in high-end home additions, whole-home renovations, kitchen remodels, and custom homes. We pride ourselves on delivering an exceptional client experience through transparency, integrity, and attention to detail.

We're looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Construction Accounting & CRM Coordinator to support our growing team. You will play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records, supporting job costing, tracking project information, managing CRM data, and ensuring our leadership team has reliable information to make informed decisions.

What You'll Be Responsible For

Construction Accounting & Job Costing

  • Assist with bookkeeping and financial administration
  • Maintain accurate job cost tracking by project, phase, and cost code
  • Reconcile expenses, receipts, vendor bills, and credit card transactions
  • Support accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
  • Assist with purchase orders, change orders, and budget updates
  • Monitor project budgets and identify cost variances
  • Maintain organized financial documentation and records

CRM & Operations Support

  • Maintain and update CRM records, including leads, clients, prospects, and project statuses
  • Track client communications, follow-ups, and key milestones
  • Ensure project and customer information remains accurate and current
  • Support reporting and dashboard updates
  • Coordinate information between leadership, project managers, estimators, and administrative staff

Reporting & Data Management

  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports
  • Track outstanding invoices, approvals, and payments
  • Assist with project performance reporting
  • Maintain spreadsheets and operational tracking systems
  • Help improve workflows and data accuracy across the business

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of bookkeeping, accounting, or financial administration experience
  • Strong understanding of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and reconciliations
  • Experience using QuickBooks Online or Sage
  • Strong Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets skills
  • Experience maintaining CRM systems
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

  • Construction, remodeling, homebuilding, trades, or project-based accounting experience
  • Experience with job costing and project budgeting
  • Experience with Buildertrend, JobTread, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Monday.com, Zoho, or similar platforms
  • Experience supporting U.S.-based construction companies
  • Experience creating reports and dashboards

  • Maintain accurate job cost data across active projects
  • Keep CRM records current and organized
  • Help improve visibility into project financial performance
  • Reduce administrative burden for leadership and project teams
  • Deliver accurate reporting that supports better business decisions

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: $8 - $12 per hour, depending on experience
