Construction Accounting/Admin Assistant

<Job Summary>
We are a local residential construction company looking for a reliable and organized Administrative Assistant to support our office operations. This is an entry-level position with full training provided — no prior construction or accounting experience required.

This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, comfortable with computers, and looking to learn bookkeeping and office management in the construction industry

<Responsibilities>

  • Enter and organize data in QuickBooks
  • Upload and organize invoices, receipts, and project documents in JobTread
  • Communicate with subcontractors regarding invoices and payments
  • General administrative support as needed

<Requirements>

  • Strong attention to detail and organization
  • Comfortable using computers and learning new systems
  • Basic Google Drive skills
  • Good communication skills (email + phone)
  • High school diploma or equivalent required

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
