A dynamic architecture and design firm is seeking a
Construction Administration (CA) Coordinator
to support project teams during the construction phase. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys solving problems, and wants to help shape how projects are delivered.
What You'll Do

Support Project Managers and Architects during the Construction Administration phase

Attend site visits, document progress, and assist with contractor communications

Review submittals, RFIs, and closeout documentation

Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures for CA processes

Train staff on CA standards and ensure consistency across projects
-
Collaborate with internal teams, clients, consultants, and contractors

Use construction management software to track and document project performance
What We're Looking For
-
2+ years of experience in construction, engineering, or architecture

Familiarity with construction administration processes and documentation
-
Proficiency in tools like Procore, Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams
-
Strong communication skills-both written and verbal
-
Detail-oriented, professional, and collaborative mindset
-
Ability to travel to job sites within a 250-mile radius of Houston, TX

High School Diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
