Construction Administration Coordinator

📍 Houston, TX (with regional travel)
🕒 Full-Time | 40-50 hours/week

Are you passionate about construction and architecture?
A dynamic architecture and design firm is seeking a Construction Administration (CA) Coordinator to support project teams during the construction phase. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys solving problems, and wants to help shape how projects are delivered.

What You'll Do

  • Support Project Managers and Architects during the Construction Administration phase
  • Attend site visits, document progress, and assist with contractor communications
  • Review submittals, RFIs, and closeout documentation
  • Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures for CA processes
  • Train staff on CA standards and ensure consistency across projects
  • Collaborate with internal teams, clients, consultants, and contractors
  • Use construction management software to track and document project performance

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years of experience in construction, engineering, or architecture
  • Familiarity with construction administration processes and documentation
  • Proficiency in tools like Procore, Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams
  • Strong communication skills-both written and verbal
  • Detail-oriented, professional, and collaborative mindset
  • Ability to travel to job sites within a 250-mile radius of Houston, TX
  • High School Diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
