is seeking a
CA Coordinator
to join our Construction Administration team
.
Responsibilities
Working directly with project teams, the CA Coordinator will:
-
Process and distribute incoming RFI’s, submittals, and other related project correspondence via Newforma, Procore, and other similar construction management software tools
-
Communicate with the CA field staff, Architecture staff, and external partners regarding project status and construction-related issues
-
Maintain favorable working relationships with clients, contractors, and project teams
-
Attend OAC and internal meetings, as requested
-
Assist with production projects, when needed
Qualifications
-
High school diploma required; postsecondary education in Business Administration or Construction Management preferred

Proficient in Microsoft Office and other common office software
-
Knowledge of construction terminology and project management software (e.g., Newforma, Procore, PlanGrid) is highly valued
-
Strong ability to identify, organize, and prioritize critical tasks
-
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-
Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
-
Positive, motivated, and results-driven attitude
-
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
