Pagnotta Interiors and Nautilus Custom Construction are seeking a motivated Construction Administrator with an Interior Design or Architecture background to support our design and construction teams. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional looking to gain hands-on experience in high-end residential design and custom coastal construction.

Our companies specialize in custom homes, and coastal development projects throughout Long Beach Island. This role offers the chance to work directly with designers, architects, builders, and project managers.

ResponsibilitiesConstruction Administration Support

· Assist project managers and construction teams with administrative coordination

· Track project documentation, RFIs, specifications, and drawings

· Coordinate selections and specifications between design and construction teams

· Assist with scheduling, procurement coordination, and project documentation

· Participate in jobsite visits and help document project progress

· Organize project files and maintain digital project records

Interior Design Team Support

· Assist interior designers with selections, mood boards, and design presentations

· Help prepare finish schedules and specification packages

· Support furniture, fixture, and finish procurement

· Coordinate vendor information and product data

· Assist with client presentations and design documentation

Qualifications

· Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field

· Strong organizational and communication skills

· Interest in both design and construction processes

· Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines

· Familiarity with design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office / Excel

Additional Preferences

· Candidates should live locally or within commuting distance of Long Beach Island

· Interest in coastal residential architecture and construction

· Positive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced design-build environment

Compensation

Salary commensurate with experience.

Pay: $44,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
