Job Description

We are seeking a Lead Construction Sales Estimator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales or estimating, preferably within the landscaping or civil industry. This role involves estimating medium to large residential and commercial projects, managing client relationships, and promoting our services to commercial clients year-round.

Our sales performers have historically generated additional income through commissions, with amounts varying from $30,000 to $90,000 on top of the base pay of $80,000.00. Commissions depend on skill and sales expertise level.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in sales or estimating
• 5+ years in sales or construction management or equivalent experience
• Proficient with PCs and software; CRM experience preferred
• Knowledge of landscaping and construction materials is a plus

Responsibilities

• Develop business strategies to expand customer base and increase profitability
• Achieve sales goals and ensure customer satisfaction
• Handle customer issues and complaints
• Conduct initial consultations and site assessments
• Prepare and present proposals professionally
• Manage customer interactions from start to finish
• Oversee project installations and maintain strong customer relations
• Assist with snow and ice management operations as needed

Requirements

• Valid Driver's License
• Willingness to work extended hours, including evenings and weekends
• Flexibility in scheduling to meet project demands

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: $80,000 per year
• Commission-based bonuses - historical yearly commissions - varies $30,000 - $90,000
• Paid time off after a year employment

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule:

• 8-hour shifts, Monday to Friday, with weekend availability as needed during the summer or to make sales goals

Relocation:

• Must relocate to Anchorage, AK before starting work

Offered compensation: $120,000/yr - $170,000/yr
