What You Will Do

As a Construction Assistant, you will be a technician on a variety of residential jobs. No two days look exactly alike, and that is part of the fun. Must be ok making Hardware runs (Home Depot) and being solo at a job site. Tasks can include:

• General repairs, installations, and maintenance
• Helping with interior painting, prep, and cleanup
• Furniture assembly, mounting, and hanging
• Carrying tools and materials, keeping the work area clean and organized
• Picking up and loading supplies as needed

You do not need to be a master tradesperson to apply. We value a strong work ethic and a great attitude over a long resume. You are a great fit if you:

• Are reliable, honest, and easy to work with
• Take pride in doing a job well and leaving a home better than you found it
• Are comfortable with physical work, lifting, and being on your feet
• Have reliable transportation to job sites around the Kansas City Metro
• Can communicate respectfully and professionally with customers in their homes

Some hands-on experience with tools, repairs, painting, or construction is a plus, but a willingness to learn matters most.

Pay and Schedule

• Pay: $25.00 per hour
• Schedule: Flexible, with part-time and full-time hours available
• Location: Job sites across the Kansas City Metro (KS and MO)
