Construction Assistant Project Manager

A-1 Construction is offering an exciting opportunity for an experienced Project Coordinator to join our well established and growing general contracting company. We are looking for a construction industry professional with a minimum of 5 years of experience to support our Project Management Department by coordinating drawings, submittals, RFI’s, subcontractor and vendor invoices, owner and subcontractor change orders, correspondence, etc.

What we expect you to bring to A-1 Construction:

• A minimum of 5 years administrative experience in a commercial construction office (absolutely required).
• Experience with Procore (essential).
• A proven track record of quarterbacking the administrative end of commercial construction projects from permitting through close out documentation.
• Great organizational skills and a high level of attention to detail.
• Ability to multi-task, work independently, and meet tight deadlines.
• Experience working with the AIA G702 Application for Payment.

Please note that this is not a remote or hybrid position. This job requires physical presence in the office during normal business hours.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $70,000.00 per year
