We are looking for a self-motivated, deadline-driven Assistant Site Superintendent to help oversee commercial and high-end residential construction projects. The ideal candidate will help the Site Superintendent manage the on-site construction team and subcontractors, ensuring job site organization and OSHA compliance. Key responsibilities include maintaining quality standards, scheduling equipment and materials, and ensuring timely project completion. This full-time, long-term position offers potential for growth within the company.

Job Responsibilities

• Helping to lead and manage the on-site construction team
• Help Coordinate and oversee all site work
• Work with the Site-Superintendent
• Help to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and orderliness on-site
• Help to ensure quality standards and project deadlines are met
  
  

Qualifications

• Experience in construction as a Assistant Site Superintendent
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• OSHA 10 required, OSHA 30 preferred
