Construction CAD Designer

Nino Development, a rapidly growing design and development company based in Greensboro, North Carolina, is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented CAD Designer to join our innovative team. We specialize in turning ideas into functional, real-world solutions, and we’re looking for someone who is passionate about design, accuracy, and creative problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Create high-precision 2D and 3D CAD drawings for a variety of products and development projects.
• Interpret concepts, sketches, and specifications from engineers, architects, or project managers.
• Revise existing drawings based on feedback, engineering changes, or project requirements.
• Ensure all drawings meet technical standards, quality guidelines, and project deadlines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve design challenges and optimize product functionality.
• Maintain organized files, documentation, and version control for all CAD projects.
• Provide support in prototyping, measurements, and design improvements as needed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a CAD Designer, Draftsman, or related role.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Revit, or similar CAD software.
• Strong understanding of drafting standards, dimensioning, tolerances, and technical drawings.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural, mechanical, or construction drawings.
• Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a collaborative environment.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
