Duties

  • Make outbound calls to prospective candidates to promote job opportunities and gather applicant information
  • Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries about job roles, application procedures, and company policies
  • Maintain accurate data entry of candidate details into our database using Microsoft Office tools and other software
  • Follow up with potential applicants to ensure engagement and clarify any questions they may have
  • Demonstrate professional phone etiquette while communicating clearly in English; bilingual skills are a plus for diverse outreach
  • Support client services by understanding hiring needs and relaying information effectively between candidates and hiring managers
  • Analyze call data to improve outreach strategies and enhance overall recruitment efficiency

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales, customer support, or call center roles with outbound calling responsibilities
  • Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities (e.g., Spanish, French) are advantageous
  • Excellent phone etiquette, active listening, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel; familiarity with data entry and typing is essential
  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
  • Basic computer skills including navigating various software platforms and internet research
  • Previous experience in customer service or client services roles preferred but not required; training provided for the right candidate
