Construction Company Owner

Ard Construcciones LLC seeks a seasoned leader to oversee and expand its construction operations in Doha. The Construction Company Owner will be responsible for driving strategic growth, ensuring operational excellence, and maintaining compliance with local and international standards. This role requires a visionary professional with proven expertise in managing large-scale construction projects and building high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead overall company strategy, operations, and financial performance.
• Oversee project planning, execution, and delivery to meet quality and safety standards.
• Manage recruitment, training, and development of staff across all levels.
• Ensure compliance with Qatari regulations, industry codes, and sustainability practices.
• Build and maintain strong client, partner, and stakeholder relationships.
• Drive innovation, efficiency, and market competitiveness.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of leadership experience in the construction industry.
• Proven track record in managing multi-million-dollar projects and company operations.
• Strong knowledge of Qatari construction regulations and international best practices.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Demonstrated success in business development and strategic growth.
