Construction Compliance Manager

Job Overview:

Ramoco Fuels is seeking a Compliance Construction Manager to ensure full regulatory compliance across all aspects of our operations, including construction, permitting, zoning, insurance, and fuel station infrastructure. This role is critical in supporting both new developments and ongoing operations in accordance with federal, state, and local laws.

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage regulatory compliance for construction, retail fuel operations, and site infrastructure

· Oversee permit applications, licensing, and regulatory approvals

· Handle insurance and bonding requirements across projects and operations

· Serve as liaison to local, state, and federal agencies and inspectors

· Ensure environmental and safety compliance, including UST/AST regulations

· Support construction teams in meeting regulatory and permit conditions

· Navigate zoning processes, including variances and board communications

· Maintain detailed compliance records and reporting

· Conduct internal audits and inspections

Qualifications:

· 1-3 years in compliance management, ideally in fuel retail, construction, or regulated industries

· Strong knowledge of EPA, OSHA, zoning, permitting, and environmental regulations

· Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills

· Willingness to travel occasionally for inspections and meetings

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
