Job Title: Entry-Level Concrete Labor

Location: Metro Area (travel required)
Pay: $20–$25 per hour (based on experience)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated Entry-Level Concrete Specialist to join our team. This role involves assisting with a variety of concrete construction tasks, including preparation, pouring, finishing, and repair. The ideal candidate is dependable, hardworking, and ready to learn while working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with concrete pouring, finishing, and curing
• Prepare job sites, including setting forms and reinforcing materials
• Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment
• Operate basic hand and power tools safely
• Travel to job sites throughout the metro area
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license with the ability to drive throughout the metro area
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs regularly
• Basic construction knowledge or prior experience preferred
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Reliable transportation and punctuality
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in concrete or general construction
• Familiarity with construction tools and equipment
