Construction Contracting Company - General Manager

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum 15 years of experience in the contracting/construction in UAE
• UAE Driving License
• Proven track record overseeing high-rise buildings (40+ storeys preferred) and complex mixed-use developments.
• In-depth knowledge of UAE construction regulations, authority processes, and strong relationships with top developers and contractors.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership to all departments to achieve company objectives.
• Oversee daily operations including project management, finance, procurement, HR, and business development.
• Ensure all projects are executed on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Develop and implement business strategies to expand market presence.
• Monitor financial performance, budgeting, and cost control measures.
• Strengthen relationships with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and regulatory authorities.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate staff to maintain a high-performance culture.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and industry standards.
