Construction Coordinator

Job Title: Construction Coordinator

We are looking for an organized and motivated Construction Coordinator to oversee and support construction projects from planning through completion. The successful candidate will coordinate project activities, manage schedules, communicate with contractors and suppliers, and ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily construction activities and project schedules preferably with construction FIT-OUT project experience.
  • Liaise with contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders.
  • Monitor project progress and ensure work is completed according to plans and timelines.
  • Assist in preparing project documentation, reports, and permits.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and quality standards.
  • Track materials, equipment, and labor requirements.
  • Attend site meetings and provide project updates to management.
  • Resolve project issues and support smooth site operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in related field.
  • Proven experience in construction coordination or project support roles.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in construction site supervision or project coordination.
  • Knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and regulations.
  • UAE driving license is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
