Gutter Installation Crew Lead (W-2) – $70K–$90K+ Potential

Missouri Gutter Installers is a fast-growing, locally owned gutter company based in Columbia, MO, and we’re looking for a reliable, professional Crew Lead to run a full-time installation crew.

This is not an hourly position.
This is a performance-based role for someone who wants to earn more by doing great work, leading a crew, and keeping jobs moving.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and complete full residential gutter installations
• Run a crew of 1–2 helpers on a daily basis
• Ensure high-quality workmanship on every job
• Drive a company truck to and from job sites
• Knock on the door, introduce yourself, and communicate professionally with homeowners
• Answer basic homeowner questions and solve problems on the spot
• Manage job flow, materials on site, and crew efficiency
• Train helpers and keep the job moving safely and efficiently

Most work is in Columbia, MO, with occasional day trips (up to ~2 hours) for out-of-town jobs.

Pay & Compensation

• W-2 position
• 25% of gross revenue per job
• Helper pay comes out of that 25%
• Materials are paid by the company
• Realistic earning potential:
• $70K–$90K+ annually

The more efficient your crew is, the more money you make.
