Construction Crew Leader

Overview
We are seeking an experienced Construction Crew Leader to spearhead on-site operations and ensure the successful execution of construction projects. This role is vital in coordinating teams, managing daily activities, and maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency. As a Construction Crew Leader, you will lead by example, motivate your team, and collaborate closely with project managers to deliver projects on time and within scope. Your expertise in construction management software, blueprint reading, and site supervision will drive project success from start to finish.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise construction crews on active sites, ensuring tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and according to plans.
• Coordinate daily work schedules, assign tasks, and monitor progress to meet project deadlines.
• Conduct quality control inspections using schematics, blueprints, and construction drawings to verify work accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA standards and other safety regulations by enforcing safety protocols and conducting regular site safety audits.
• Supervise subcontractors and vendors ensuring their work aligns with project specifications.

Requirements

• Proven experience in construction site supervision
• Extensive knowledge of construction
• Demonstrated supervisory experience leading teams in fast-paced environments while maintaining safety standards.
• Ability to read complex blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately.
• Strong understanding of OSHA regulations and safety protocols on construction sites.
• Skilled in project scheduling, budgeting, quality control, and managing multiple stakeholders effectively..
• Excellent communication skills coupled with management capabilities to motivate teams and coordinate with project stakeholders.
