Job Description

Florida Energy Services (FES) is seeking a detail-oriented Construction Data Entry & Reporting Coordinator to support our field operations team at our project site in South Bay, Florida.

This role is responsible for collecting production data from blast and drilling operations and entering the information into report templates that are submitted to our government and contractor partners.

The ideal candidate is organized, accurate with numbers, and comfortable working with field supervisors and project documentation.

Job Details

Location: South Bay, FL
Schedule: Monday – Friday
Position Type: Hourly
Pay Range: $25 – $30 per hour depending on experience

Responsibilities

• Collect production and blast data from field supervisors
• Enter field data into blast report templates and documentation forms
• Compile production blast reports for contractor and government submission
• Review reports for accuracy and completeness
• Maintain organized digital records of reports and project documentation
• Communicate with field crews to confirm or clarify missing information
• Assist with other project documentation and administrative tasks as needed

Production blast reports include information such as blast number, hole counts, drill depth, explosive quantities, weather conditions, and other field data that must be accurately documented and submitted.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Experience with data entry, Excel, and PDF documents
• Ability to work with numbers, measurements, and structured forms
• Organized and able to manage documentation efficiently
• Good communication skills when working with field personnel

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in construction, engineering, mining, or drilling environments
• Familiarity with Bluebeam or PDF editing software
• Experience with project documentation or reporting

Working Conditions

This position involves both office and field work. The candidate will work at an active job site and must be comfortable working in environments that may include noise, dust, and varying weather conditions typical of construction and mining operations.
