Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated Construction Director PMC (Arena, Stadium) to lead and coordinate construction activities in Riyadh. As a key figure, the Construction Director will oversee all aspects of project management, ensure compliance with design standards, manage budgets, and handle contractor performance. The role includes responsibility for cost management, procurement processes, and on-site construction quality assurance. This is a full-time, on-site position located in Riyadh.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Budgeting and Cost Management, with the ability to optimize resources effectively.
• Proven experience in Procurement and Contract Management within large-scale engineering or construction projects.
• Strong background in Construction and Civil Engineering, with emphasis on quality control and compliance with international standards.
• Proficiency in project oversight, vendor relations, and delivering complex projects within scope and deadlines.
• Advanced leadership and team management skills, with demonstrated ability to manage multi-disciplinary teams.
• Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline is required.
• Professional certifications (e.g., PMP or equivalent) and prior experience in arena or stadium projects are a significant advantage.
