Construction Dispatcher

Construction Dispatcher – Heavy Civil (Preferred)

We are seeking an experienced Construction Dispatcher to coordinate daily field operations for a high-volume construction environment. This role will manage truck routing, equipment scheduling, and driver communication to support active projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Dispatch and track 50–100+ trucks daily.
• Coordinate hauling of aggregates, asphalt, and earthwork materials.
• Communicate with project managers, superintendents, drivers, and plant operators.
• Adjust schedules in real time based on jobsite demands.
• Maintain accurate load counts, tickets, and daily production reports.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of construction dispatch experience required.
• Experience in heavy civil, earthwork, roadway, or asphalt/paving strongly preferred.
• Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills in fast-paced environments.
• Familiarity with DOT jobs and production-driven schedules is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
