Construction Document Controller | High-Rise Projects

Role Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Document Controller to support our Dubai operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling all project documentation, ensuring proper record management, and maintaining accurate document flow between project stakeholders. This role also involves assisting with payment tracking and maintaining organized logs throughout the project duration.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all incoming and outgoing project documentation
• Maintain structured electronic and hard-copy filing systems with accurate coding and indexing
• Keep updated records of drawings, technical submittals, RFIs, correspondences, and other project documents
• Distribute documents to consultants, contractors, and internal departments as required
• Maintain document registers, tracking logs, and payment records
• Assist in invoice processing and monitor payment documentation
• Operate document management systems such as ACONEX/ICONEX to ensure proper workflow and version control

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Management, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Document Controller in construction projects
• At least 5 years of UAE experience in high-rise construction projects (mandatory)
• Practical experience using ACONEX/ICONEX or similar document control platforms
• Strong understanding of document control procedures and payment documentation
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage deadlines independently
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to AED5,000.00 per month
