Construction Engineer

We are urgently seeking a highly skilled Construction Engineer with strong experience in villa construction projects in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising site activities, coordinating with contractors, ensuring compliance with project specifications, and delivering high-quality work within deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage day-to-day site operations for villa construction projects.
• Ensure all construction activities comply with approved drawings, specifications, and Dubai regulations.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and internal teams
• Prepare and review method statements, work schedules, and progress reports
• Monitor project timelines and ensure tasks are completed on schedule.
• Conduct site inspections, resolve technical issues, and ensure quality control
• Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations and company policies.
• Attend project meetings and provide progress updates
• Assist in material approvals, procurement follow-up, and cost monitoring
• identify and mitigate risks to avoid delays or rework.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Dubai, specifically in villa/residential construction projects.
• Valid UAE Driving License – mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of local building codes, authority regulations, and villa construction standards.
• Excellent communication and site coordination skills.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience dealing with Dubai Municipality and other authorities.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills.
• Ability to lead teams and manage site workforce effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
