Divya Jyot Projects LLP is a young and dynamic real estate company that specializes in residential and commercial projects. We are seeking an experienced Site Engineer to join our team in Mulund, Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have a passion for construction, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to ensuring that every project is completed to the highest standards.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee construction projects from conception to completion, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
• Supervise and coordinate construction workers and subcontractors, ensuring that they are following all safety protocols and working in a safe manner.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to ensure that all work is being carried out correctly and to the required standards.
• Attend site meetings with clients, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure that everyone is aware of progress and any issues that need to be addressed.
• Prepare and submit progress reports to senior management, highlighting any issues and providing recommendations for how to resolve them.
• Ensure that all materials and equipment are on site and available when required, and that they are being used in a safe and efficient manner.
• Conduct regular inspections of the site to ensure that all work is being carried out to the required standards and that there are no health and safety issues that need to be addressed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction project management.
• Proven track record of successfully completing construction projects on time and within budget.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a range of stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
• Familiarity with construction software such as AutoCAD and project management tools.
• Knowledge of relevant health and safety regulations and the ability to ensure that they are being followed.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to find solutions to complex problems.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
