Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Construction Engineer cum Admin to oversee and manage the construction of industrial units while handling administrative and regulatory responsibilities. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in industrial construction projects and a strong understanding of dealing with government departments and compliance procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage construction activities for industrial projects from planning to execution
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality standards
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams
- Handle administrative tasks related to construction and site operations
- Liaise with government departments for approvals, permits, and compliance requirements
- Ensure adherence to legal, environmental, and safety regulations
- Maintain project documentation, reports, and records
- Resolve on-site issues and provide technical guidance
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or relevant field
- 3–5 years of proven experience in construction of industrial units
- Strong knowledge of dealing with government authorities and regulatory processes
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities
- Ability to multitask and handle both technical and administrative responsibilities
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in industrial infrastructure development
- Familiarity with local building codes and approval processes
- Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
