Construction Engineer cum Admin

  • Job Type: Full-Time

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Construction Engineer cum Admin to oversee and manage the construction of industrial units while handling administrative and regulatory responsibilities. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in industrial construction projects and a strong understanding of dealing with government departments and compliance procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage construction activities for industrial projects from planning to execution
  • Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality standards
  • Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams
  • Handle administrative tasks related to construction and site operations
  • Liaise with government departments for approvals, permits, and compliance requirements
  • Ensure adherence to legal, environmental, and safety regulations
  • Maintain project documentation, reports, and records
  • Resolve on-site issues and provide technical guidance

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or relevant field
  • 3–5 years of proven experience in construction of industrial units
  • Strong knowledge of dealing with government authorities and regulatory processes
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills
  • Strong communication and negotiation abilities
  • Ability to multitask and handle both technical and administrative responsibilities

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in industrial infrastructure development
  • Familiarity with local building codes and approval processes
  • Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
