Role Description

This full-time role, based in our Manhattan office, requires experience with commercial, new-build and high-rise construction. As a Construction Estimator, you will prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates, perform quantity take-offs, assist with the project bidding process and assist with cost event estimation during the course of construction. The position requires collaboration with both the preconstruction and construction project teams to ensure alignment on project budgetary goals, providing critical support to the planning and execution of construction projects. You will also participate in optimizing cost efficiency and managing resources effectively.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency with construction estimation software and performing detailed Quantity Take-offs.
• Strong skills in preparing construction project budgets for project financial planning.
• Excellent Communication abilities for collaborating with clients, teams, vendors, and subcontractors.
• Attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or a related field is preferred but not required.
