Construction Estimator

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Construction Estimator to join our team and drive the success of our Decking and Siding Projects.

Responsibilities:

• Perform detailed quantity takeoffs to accurately determine material, labor.
• Review blueprints, specifications to give an accurate estimate, bid number for new projects.
• Collaborate with project managers and clients to ensure precise scope and pricing.
• Work with Building Suppliers to get estimates for building material for more accurate estimates.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in construction estimating with a strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and methods..
• Hands-on construction site experience that provides practical insight into field operations and project execution.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail when performing quantity takeoffs and cost analysis.
• Be able to do estimates in Job Tread.
• Excellent communication skills to clearly present estimates and collaborate across teams. Join us in shaping innovative construction solutions! Pay: $35.00 per hour
