Construction Estimator

We are seeking a dependable and motivated estimator who can meet customers on-site, measure fence projects, prepare estimates, and close sales. The ideal candidate has strong customer service skills and experience in construction estimating or home service sales.

Responsibilities

• Meet with customers at their homes or businesses to assess fencing needs

• Measure fence lines and determine materials required

• Prepare and send estimates to customers

• Close sales and follow up on leads

• Educate customers on different fencing options (wood, aluminum, vinyl, chain link)

• Coordinate with installation crews and scheduling team

• Track leads and sales through CRM software

• Maintain strong customer relationships and referrals

Qualifications

• Experience in construction estimating or home service sales preferred

• Fence industry experience is a plus but not required

• Strong communication and sales skills

• Ability to read property layouts and measure accurately

• Basic computer skills (CRM, email, estimates)

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Compensation

• Base salary + commission

• High earning potential depending on sales performance

Schedule

Monday – Friday

Some Saturdays depending on customer availability

Need project estimator. Prefer with experience.

Visit clients home and get measurements of yard.

Input footage of yard into company app.

We provide measuring wheel.

We pay for gas for the route.

Must be tech savvy and willing to learn.

Previous sales experience is recommended.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 per hour
