Construction Estimator Commercial

Magnum Builders is growing—and we’re looking for a Construction Estimator with a strong GMP background who brings a true builder mentality to the table.

This isn’t a “sit behind a desk and just crunch numbers” role. We want someone who understands how projects actually get built and can help drive projects from early budgeting through buyout.

What You’ll Do

• Develop conceptual, schematic, and GMP estimates
• Lead preconstruction from early design through final pricing
• Work closely with PMs, field teams, and subs
• Level bids, build scopes, and identify value engineering opportunities
• Help ensure estimates reflect real-world construction

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years with a GC in estimating/preconstruction
• Strong experience putting together GMPs
• Solid understanding of means & methods (builder mindset)
• Comfortable in a hands-on, fast-paced environment
• Team player who values relationships

Pay: $95,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
