Sac Infill Construction is a high end custom residential build company serving homeowners throughout the Sacramento area. We specialize in kitchens, bathrooms, whole-home remodels, garage conversions, and other custom renovation projects, with a strong focus on thoughtful planning, quality workmanship, and clear communication.

We are seeking a client facing Estimator who can support our business by meeting with homeowners, understanding project scope, and developing practical, well-aligned pricing. This is a client-facing role for someone who understands residential construction and can help move projects from consultation to proposal with confidence and professionalism. The right person will be organized, responsive, and comfortable working closely with leadership. This role focuses on estimating and project scoping, with additional commission earned on successfully converted projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners to assess project needs and scope
• Assist with generating leads, and with closing leads supplied by the owners
• Prepare estimates for residential remodeling and renovation projects
• Support pricing strategy and preconstruction planning
• Coordinate with leadership on feasibility, scope, and project fit
• Track active quotes and follow up as needed
• Communicate clearly with clients throughout the estimating process
• Support smooth handoff from estimating to production
• Use estimating and construction software to support workflow and pricing
  
  

Qualifications

• Experience in estimating in residential construction, remodeling, renovation, and custom builds
• Experience in developing and closing leads
• Strong understanding of scope development and pricing
• Comfortable in a client-facing role
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Strong communication and follow-up skills
• Experience with construction or estimating software preferred
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Employment is contingent upon completion of a background check, in accordance with applicable laws
  
  

Pay And Benefits

• Full-Time, W-2 employment
• Base salary: $45,000 to $65,000 based on experience
• Realistic earning potential of $100,000- $145,000 based on individual performance
