Construction Field Quality Technician

QA Field Technician / Assistant Project Supervisor
$50,000–$70,000 (Discussed upon experience)
Detroit + Surrounding Areas (Ann Arbor, Canton, Redford, etc.)

We are a growing residential remodeling company seeking a hands-on QA Technician to support our Field Manager and occasionally lead jobsite quality checks.

You MUST have working knowledge in at least 2 of the following:

• Rough carpentry
• Electrical
• Plumbing
• HVAC

Requirements:

• 2+ years of hands-on field experience in any combination of the above
• Able to recognize correct workmanship and basic code requirements
• Reliable transportation (work in Detroit, Canton, Redford, Ann Arbor)
• Comfortable communicating with crews + homeowners
• Willing to learn additional trades—we will train in the other areas

Duties:

• Assist GC during remodel projects
• Perform jobsite inspections for quality and safety
• Support crews, troubleshoot problems, and verify installations
• Serve as backup for the GC when unavailable

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
