Position Summary
Blue Haven Pools & Spas is seeking a motivated and organized Construction Field Supervisor to assist our Project Manager in overseeing residential swimming pool construction projects throughout Northwest Arkansas.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys being in the field, solving problems, communicating with customers, supporting construction crews, and ensuring projects move forward efficiently.
The Construction Field Supervisor serves as the eyes and ears of the Project Manager, helping coordinate job sites, maintain quality standards, communicate with customers, and resolve issues before they become costly delays.
This position requires someone who is dependable, self-motivated, bilingual, and experienced in residential construction.
Responsibilities
- Visit multiple construction sites daily.
- Assist the Project Manager with field supervision.
- Verify that work is completed according to company standards.
- Measure construction sites accurately.
- Verify dimensions, elevations, and layout when necessary.
- Communicate project status with customers professionally.
- Explain construction phases and answer customer questions.
- Build positive working relationships with subcontractors and crews.
- Ensure crews have the information they need to perform their work.
- Document job progress with notes and photographs.
- Identify potential issues before they become costly problems.
- Coordinate with the Project Coordinator regarding scheduling and job status.
- Report field conditions directly to the Project Manager.
- Assist with inspections and preparation for upcoming construction phases.
- Respond to field emergencies when necessary.
- Assist with troubleshooting issues such as leaks, damaged plumbing, or equipment concerns.
- Shut off utilities or water supplies when appropriate and coordinate the proper trade to perform repairs.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism while representing Blue Haven Pools & Spas.
QualificationsRequired
- Minimum 3 years of construction experience.
- Ability to read construction plans and specifications.
- Experience measuring construction sites accurately.
- Strong understanding of residential construction practices.
- Bilingual (English & Spanish).
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Good time management.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds.
- Basic understanding of plumbing and construction troubleshooting.
- Comfortable using smartphones, tablets, and mobile applications.
Preferred
- Swimming pool construction experience.
- Project management experience.
- Experience coordinating subcontractors.
- Experience working directly with homeowners.
- OSHA safety knowledge.
- Construction estimating or layout experience.

- Monday–Friday
- Some overtime as needed
- Occasional emergency response after hours
Pay: $50,892.06 - $61,289.36 per year
