We’re hiring a Construction Foreman to oversee residential and rural excavation projects.

What You’ll Do

• Supervise crews and manage daily job site operations
• Coordinate schedules, materials, and equipment
• Ensure safety protocols and quality standards are met
• Communicate daily progress with management
• Oversee multiple job sites as needed

What You Need

• 3–5+ years of construction leadership experience
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Valid driver’s license + Med Card
• Ability to manage crews and keep projects on track
