Responsibilities:<ul><li>Supervise daily civil construction work on site</li><li>Assign tasks and manage workers/subcontractors</li><li>Ensure work follows drawings, specifications, and safety rules</li><li>Conduct toolbox talks and enforce PPE compliance</li><li>Monitor material usage and request supplies as needed</li><li>Coordinate with engineers and other trades</li><li>Prepare daily progress and manpower reports</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>5+ years of experience as civil foreman in residential buildings</li><li>Strong knowledge of construction methods and safety practices</li><li>Ability to read drawings and lead a team effectively</li><li>Good communication and problem‑solving skills</li></ul>Benefits:<ul><li>Salary plus Overtime</li><li>Shared accommodation provided</li><li>Transportation to/from accommodation</li></ul>Pay: From AED2,500.00 per monthWork Location: In person
