Construction Foreman Rennovation

Responsibilities:

• Site supervision and coordinating daily tasks according to priorities and plans.
• Manage labors to ensure good work progress and the project is kept on schedule.
• Read project plans, drawings and specification specifications.
• Delegating individual responsibilities and projects to labors and sub-contractors.
• Ensure work quality and excellent finish quality
• Create and manage schedules and monitor attendance of the labors.
• Providing adequate resources and staffing to meet project schedules, laws, regulations, best practices and safety needs.
• Emphasizing safe use of tools, machinery and equipment while providing training on safety gear, helmets and procedures.
• Resolving conflicts or miscommunications quickly and amicably
• Regularly reporting project status to supervisors, site engineers and other officials.

Requirements:

• Villa rennovation experience will be preferred
• 5+ years' experience in construction in UAE
• Proven experience as construction foreman
• In-depth knowledge of construction procedures and equipment.
• Ability to read drawings, plans and blueprints.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• Ability to communicate and report effectively.
• Aptitude in math.
• Problem-solving abilities.
• Good physical condition and stamina.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,500.00 per month
