Job Title: General Laborer (Construction Site)

Location: Mt. Juliet, TN
Pay: $17–$23 per hour (based on experience)

Job Description:
We are currently hiring dependable and hardworking General Laborers to join our construction team in Mt. Juliet, TN. This position involves working on active construction sites performing a variety of physical tasks to support skilled trades and project completion.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with site preparation and cleanup

• Load and unload materials and equipment

• Operate basic hand and power tools

• Follow instructions from supervisors and crew leaders

• Maintain a safe and organized work environment

• Perform general labor duties as needed on-site

Requirements:

• Prior construction or general labor experience preferred, but not required

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical work outdoors

• Must have reliable transportation

• Basic tools required

• Must provide and wear appropriate PPE (hard hat, safety vest, work boots, gloves, etc.)

• Strong work ethic and reliability are a must
