Responsibilities

• Assist with site preparation, cleanup, and material handling to ensure smooth project flow
• Support carpenters, masons, electricians, plumbers, and other trades with their tasks by providing hands-on assistance
• Operate power tools and hand tools safely and effectively under supervision
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to support project execution
• Help with concrete forming, finishing, and masonry work to meet project specifications
• Perform demolition, framing, roofing, drywall installation, and other general construction duties as needed
• Follow safety protocols diligently and maintain a clean, organized work environment

Qualifications

• Prior experience in construction or related fields is preferred but not required; eagerness to learn is essential
• Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment safely
• Basic understanding of blueprint reading and schematics
• Knowledge of construction methods such as concrete finishing, framing, roofing, masonry, tile laying, plastering, stucco application, and restoration is a plus
• Strong physical stamina with the ability to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods
• Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude toward safety and quality standards
