We are looking for physically fit and hardworking Construction Helpers to join a major construction project in Abu Dhabi. As a Construction Helper, you will provide essential physical support on job sites, assisting skilled tradespeople and ensuring the site remains safe and productive.

Key Responsibilities

• Site Prep & Maintenance: Clear debris and hazards to maintain a clean workspace.
• Material Handling: Load, unload, and transport materials, machinery, and tools across the site.
• Trade Support: Assist carpenters, plumbers, and electricians by holding materials or passing tools.
• Structural Work: Help assemble and dismantle scaffolding, bracing, and barricades.
• Earthwork: Dig trenches, backfill holes, and compact earth using manual tools.
• Equipment Operation: Operate basic machinery such as drills, saws, grinders, and concrete mixers.

Requirements

• Work Experience: Fresher
• Skills: Basic knowledge of construction assistance and physical stamina.
• Physical Fitness: Ability to work 10-hour shifts in challenging outdoor environments.
• Reliability: Strong work ethic and commitment to safety regulations.
