Construction Helper

We are looking for hardworking and reliable Construction Helpers to assist skilled workers on construction sites. The ideal candidate will support daily operations, help maintain a safe and clean work environment, and perform general labor tasks as required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist electricians, carpenters, painters, and other tradesmen on-site
• Load and unload construction materials and tools
• Prepare and clean work areas before and after tasks
• Operate basic hand tools and equipment
• Help with digging, lifting, and moving materials
• Follow instructions from supervisors and skilled workers
• Maintain site cleanliness and organize materials
• Follow all health and safety regulations

Requirements:

• Previous construction or labor experience is an advantage but not required
• Ability to perform physically demanding work (lifting, carrying, standing for long hours)
• Basic knowledge of construction tools and safety practices
• Willingness to learn and take instructions
• Good teamwork and communication skills
• Reliable and punctual

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in large-scale commercial or infrastructure projects
• Basic knowledge of concrete works and formwork
• Familiarity with safety standards and construction site procedures
